Staying here was fantastic because we were just a short walk from the fine Kamala Beach and the vibrant Monday market, making our city strolls enjoyable.

We had stayed at a Sunwing before and knew what to expect, and were thrilled that we practically had the whole place to ourselves as it was low season.

The Thai staff could be a tiny bit better in English but were very friendly and tried very hard.

Make sure you stay in the studio suite with the view of the mountain. The cost is gbp 2895.

Atmosphere is good, big resort.

The breakfast of our place was great value and large with more options, loved it. The location was lovely, at a short distance from a cultural theme park.

Perfectly clean hotel, brand-new rooms, excellent and lovely location to wait until the station open. Thanks to the PATIENT staff everything was really good, including a wide array ofgood food.

The pools are fantastic with thrilling water slides. My kids loved it! The staff were hospitable, especially in the dining area, we had a wonderful experience every day.

While there's beach access, I found it inconvenient that umbrellas aren't provided. I had to rent from a nearby hotel. The hotel's location is a bit far from popular attractions.

Excellent Beach side rooms overlooking the sea with very good facilities, breakfast was excellent. A few restaurants inside the hotel serve a variety of good cusine. The minimart inside the premises gives the option to buy everyday essentials at reasonable prices.

Seem to specifically cater the Scandanavian tourist and all activities are focussed for guests from this region.

Amazing hotel! We were there on our honeymoon and enjoyed every minute, even though most of the visitors in the hotel are families with children, but it didn't bother us. You will have anything you need and more. Worth every baht we spend on it. Huge rooms, on the beach, a bar in a middle of the pool, very good breakfasts but a bit too crowdy at peak times. Very recommended!

Our family of four had an very nice time at Sunwing Kamala Beach! The kids aged 5 and 2 loved the kids' activities, especially the water slides. The pools were fantastic, and we enjoyed recreating family time while swimming together. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety for everyone, keeping both kids and adults happy. It's a perfect spot for families looking to enjoy a stress-free vacation.

Noisy environment at times

Facilities were top class, staff absolutley the best. Close to beach. Magnificent pools and gardens, very well maintained.

Although this is not directed at Sunwing, the beach can be a disgrace at times, dependant on tides, it can be full of garbage one day, but relatively clear the next. Every resort with beach frontage should be required to clear their area of garbage, it would make the place much more visitor friendly.

coming in as the holiday season began, and the sea and the coastal zone beach was terribly dirty and this is not cleaned. a lot of garbage, as well as a constantly repaired, the noise is constantly stirred.

The Sunwing resort provided an excellent family-friendly atmosphere, with multiple swimming pools and thrilling water slides that my children thoroughly enjoyed. The breakfast buffet featured a diverse range of options, ensuring everyone found something to their liking. The staff were consistently great.

Family-friendly bliss awaits here! With several pools, including three slides, it's a young kids' paradise. The 'Royal Poolside Suite' offers direct access to fun, and the attentive staff ensure a hassle-free stay. Enjoy the beach just steps away.

Staying at Sunwing Resort - Kamala Beach was a superb experience. There are many things we enjoyed here. We are very pleased at how family oriented this resort is, the location of the resort to the beach, the cleansiness of the entire place (not just the rooms), and the Thai hospitality that is provided by the entire staff.

There isn't necessarily anything specific we didn't like, but since Sunwing Resort - Kamala Beach has 7 pools we would suggest making 1 pool entirely for "toddlers". Having 1 pool specifically for the children under 3 to play in, like a mini splash play area. Even having a pool with a slide for the older kids, would be a great add-on.
